At SANDSIV you would join a small startup flair IT company with about 50 employees,
headquartered in Zurich. We develop and sell a customer experience platform. Our employees are
spread across Europe, mostly working from home and from time to time we meet in the office in
Zurich. We count on flat hierarchies and friendly interaction with each other. We are looking for a
Sales Manager for the Italian market, to start from the 1st of September to join the Sales team.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
– Focus on lead generation, including prospecting and opportunity generation
– Source new sales opportunities through a proactive outbound process; Understand
industry dynamics and trends, identify potential target customers, and uncover needs
of target personas within relevant prospects and generate interest
– Understand customer needs and requirements and making effective sales pitches;
articulate and pitch SANDSIV’s value proposition
– Perform initial qualifying online meetings
– Penetrate existing industry networks, build own network of relevant contacts in
verticals, and help create, adapt and distribute relevant content into these networks
– Draft outbound strategies to approach potential target customers, craft and execute
communication sequences
– Support in evaluating effectiveness of employed strategies and support in continuously
optimizing our go to market approach
Must have:
– Italian mother tongue + proficiency in English (the language of the company)
– University Degree
– Strong listening and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– One year + of experience in SaaS sales is a plus
– You are goal driven, ambitious and hungry
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
– Excellent time-management and organizational skills with a hands-on and result-oriented
work attitude
