Role description

We are currently seeking CX & VoC Business Partners to join our global partner network. This is not a direct employment role but a partnership opportunity to collaborate with SANDSIV in delivering cutting-edge customer experience (CX) initiatives and Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategies. As a partner, you will own and drive CX projects for diverse clients, leveraging SANDSIV’s platform and expertise to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and ultimately contribute to the worldwide growth of our collective ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing VoC strategies that utilize sandsiv+ to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
  • Advising clients on best practices and guiding them in deploying CX programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process innovation and improvement.
  • Working collaboratively within a global partner network to share insights, refine methodologies, and scale successful approaches.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on customer experience, promoting brand loyalty and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven Expertise in Customer Experience Management (CX), Voice of the Customer (VoC), and Data Analysis.
  • Strategic Implementation experience with CX initiatives—able to design and drive feedback loops that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation skills, with a knack for identifying and implementing organizational changes that elevate customer journeys.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead projects, consult with clients, and influence stakeholders.
  • Remote Collaboration capability—comfortable managing global relationships and digital communication channels.
  • Industry Experience in technology or software is beneficial; prior consulting or a CX Manager background is a plus.
