Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to strengthen SANDSIV’s marketing and go-to-market execution. You’ll work alongside a small, focused marketing team — contributing across a range of activities, with a primary focus on awareness and top-of-funnel demand generation.
The right person has B2B tech marketing experience in fast-moving environments, is hands-on by nature, and takes ownership without being asked.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, paid, social, events) with a primary focus on awareness and top-of-funnel demand generation
- Manage and optimise performance across digital channels, tracking KPIs and iterating based on data
- Create and coordinate marketing content across formats — blog posts, case studies, social copy, landing pages, presentations — written for enterprise buyers
- Support the development of sales enablement materials and help translate product value into clear, compelling messaging
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Work with the product team to turn features and updates into marketing narratives that resonate with target personas
- Monitor the competitive landscape and feed insights back into positioning and messaging
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows — content, research, automation — to work smarter
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to keep marketing aligned with business priorities
Required Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 5+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving or startup-like environment
- Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end: from brief to execution to reporting
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels — paid, SEO/GEO, email, social media
- Business-level English; native proficiency in a European language (German, Spanish, or similar) required
Preferred:
- Background in Customer Experience, VoC, or enterprise software
- Deep understanding of how modern B2B marketing works
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
