sandsiv ’s VoC Hub is a superior end-to-end Customer Experience Management (CXM) solution developed by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and CXM practitioners back in 2008. The whole solution has been designed around the Customer Experience Framework created by Federico Cesconi, the CEO of sandsiv .

The framework recognizes five specific steps: CAPTURE, ANALYZE, INTEGRATE, IMPROVE and MEASURE. Through those 5 steps, the aim of the platform is to capture the direct, indirect and inferred Voice of the Customer (VoC), in order to follow each customer in a very personalized and human way, along the different Customer Journeys.

The ultimate goal is to build human relationships by assessing in real-time strategic KPIs, showing the strength of the emotional relationship with customers - the episodic Customer Journey KPIs to check the value of particular moments of truth - and assess the value creation or dilution of specific interactional touch points.
