Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Mid/Senior Customer Experience (CX) Solution Advisor to join our CX Solution Advisory & Strategic Alliance  team at SANDSIV, a leading Swiss technology company specializing in CX and Voice of the Customer (VoC) enterprise software solutions. 

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer experience solutions around the world.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with prospects and clients on CX strategies: Collaborate with partners as well as potential and actual customers to understand their CX goals and challenges. Utilize your expertise to develop tailored CX strategies that align with their objectives, leveraging the capabilities of sandsiv+ to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Develop innovative use cases: Leverage your knowledge of the sandsiv+ solution to create relevant use cases that demonstrate its value to potential partners & customers. Showcase how our technology can address specific partner & customer needs and enhance their CX strategies.

Conduct market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Perform research and analysis to identify potential market opportunities, customer pain points, and market segmentation for effective targeting.

Manage partner relationships: Collaborate with our partners, providing necessary support, and ensuring their involvement in revenue generating activities. Foster strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success and facilitate cooperation in delivering optimal customer experiences.

Support marketing initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to assist in creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience. Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our CX technology solutions.

Perform Growth activities: Engage in partners & client activities as needed, including account management, renewals, up- & cross-sell. 

Prepare compelling presentations: Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for presentations that effectively highlight the benefits and features of our sandsiv+ solution. Utilize your understanding of customer experience issues and digital transformation to craft persuasive messaging.

Build your own team: Business growth, means team growth. You will participate in the research and career development of your colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting firms with a focus on customer experience.
  • A good network of relationships in customer experience
  • Strong interest in technology and digital transformation, with the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand market dynamics and customer needs, and ability to transform complex information into clear and concise insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative storytelling approach to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English speaker, as well as fluency in at least one additional language (ES, DE, IT).
