We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist excited by the intersection between communication, technology and business to join our growing team of Customer Experience professionals.

You will work with different teams to coordinate our direct marketing, advertising and promotional activities. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools, mainly building and managing customer connections with Mautic. The role requires a person who is comfortable both with technology and people in an international and flexible environment.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan a digital strategy and an effective engagement approach with the aim of lead generation and lead management
Manage end-to-end digital projects to boost brand awareness and our web presence
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Social Media: definition of social strategy management and implementation of media campaigns on social media performance monitoring
SEO: definition of the strategy management of optimization performance monitoring
Web analytics: tracking implementation data processing and qualitative and quantitative analysis of kpi performance and navigation flows through analytics tools to increase performance in terms of both traffic quality and overall conversion
Liaise with Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Develop strong working relations with organization members
REQUIREMENTS
Real passion for Digital media and Digital marketing
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Mautic or other Marketing Automation tools is a plus
Degree in Marketing
Digital media or relevant field

The candidate will preferably be a mother tongue Italian or German with a very good knowledge of English, which will be the main working language.

We are searching for a CX (Customer Experience) Data Analyst, also expert in unstructured data analysis. He/she is a high performing, passionate professional working in the intersection of customer experience, management consulting, and data science.

His/her role will be to increase the value of sandsiv+ Customer Intelligence platform by bringing to light data-driven stories for our clients, and then partner with them to take actions to improve their customer experience and achieve business results.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a CX  Data Analyst you will work with senior decision makers helping their companies improve their business results through the right CX  strategies and implementations.

You’ll face and understand real business problems by analyzing customer, operational and financial data, taking value from structured and unstructured customer feedbacks.

You will also work with NLP, topic modelling and text classification helping clients to gather actionable insights from the Voice of Customer.

You will work mainly in three big areas:

Consulting engagements: to uncover actionable and commercially focused insights and deliver recommendations to senior decision-makers at our clients; for this task you will work with the CX Senior and Principal Consultants
Support the development of the platform sandsiv + collecting the needs of clients; for this task you will work with the sandsiv + platform Managers
Support the development of new consulting offerings through deeper analytics; for this task you will work with the Regional Directors

You will work as part of a dynamic team of senior professionals with deep interconnections with all the roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative/research field or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in data analytics data science internal strategy/operations or marketing analytics role
Demonstrated statistics and data analytics experience working with a variety of data sources and large amounts of data from raw data to insights
Experience in regression-based analytics of large datasets
Experience in unstructured data analysis knowledges in Natural Language Processing using up to dated methodologies and technologies
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles or experience working internally with senior stakeholders to enable their decision-making
Mother tongue Italian
English proficiency level
Knowledge of German is a plus

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Solution Engineer excited by the intersection between technology and business to join our growing team of Customer Intelligence professionals.

You will work with sales and customer success teams to coordinate requirements from prospects and customers. The role requires a person who is comfortable both with technology and business requirements in an international and flexible environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Engineer - Support and maintain contact with SandSIV clients base to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of their business and provide the requested VOCHUB features accordingly to their need
Pre-Sales Engineer - Be the go to technical resource to address deep product related questions for the Sales team for respond to RFP and RFQ product demonstration for proposals for demos for product trials and for needs analysis
Product Development - supporting the continuous SandSIV products development – VOCHUB and ANONYMO (this include the integration analytics and visualisation modules) from a Research & Development and client needs point of view

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Degree in computer science or similar (ETH Computer Science in Business)
Knowledge in the area of Customer Experience Management Machine Learning and Data Visualization
Knowledges in Customer Feedback Management from classical to digital transformation
Knowhow and experiences in Data Analytics from raw data to insights
Demonstrated statistics and data analytics experience working with a variety of data sources and large amounts of data
Knowledges in Natural Language Processing using up to dated methodologies and technologies
Proved skills in programming or scripting (Python is a plus)
Good knowledge in data storage using SQL based and NOSQL databases
Knowhow and experiences in Data Integration and ETL design and implementation (KNIME is a plus)
Knowledges in GDPR and Data Anonymization is a plus
Position requires hands-on person with analytical and computer skills
Complex problem-solving skills and ability to think abstractly and work independently
Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
Mother tongue Italian. English proficiency level. Knowledge of German is a plus

Consolidate the sandsiv+ Demo environment from collecting sources to the data visualization from a technical implementation to a business story telling.
