Ofrecemos productos de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil, red fija y TV, adem\u00e1s de otros servicios complementarios.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando comenzamos a usar <a href=\"https:\/\/sandsiv.com\/es\/insight-narrator\/\"><span style=\"color: #bf2025;\"><strong>Insight Narrator<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, busc\u00e1bamos una herramienta que mejorara nuestro an\u00e1lisis del feedback de clientes, especialmente de encuestas NPS y quejas. Se implement\u00f3 como un producto independiente que se integra f\u00e1cilmente con nuestras herramientas de VOC y CX. Nos permiti\u00f3 profundizar en los datos, descubriendo patrones y relaciones que los an\u00e1lisis tradicionales no pod\u00edan detectar.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, lo utilizamos como un \u201claboratorio de ideas\u201d para analizar sentimientos e identificar clusters naturales de impulsores. El objetivo era comprender mejor la influencia de estos factores en la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #bf2025;\"><strong>Q2: Antes de adoptar Insight Narrator, \u00bfqu\u00e9 dificultades encontrasteis en el an\u00e1lisis del feedback con vuestras herramientas de CX? \u00bfQu\u00e9 limitaciones os imped\u00edan obtener insights m\u00e1s profundos y en tiempo real?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Helen:<\/strong> Depend\u00edamos en gran medida del an\u00e1lisis de texto en nuestras herramientas anteriores, pero nos encontramos con varios problemas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Etiquetado incompleto:<\/strong> Muchos comentarios quedaban sin clasificar porque surg\u00edan constantemente nuevos grupos de palabras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falta de visi\u00f3n de tendencias:<\/strong> Identific\u00e1bamos los temas dominantes, pero sin captar cambios ni evoluciones a lo largo del tiempo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis superficial:<\/strong> Las herramientas nos dec\u00edan \u201cqu\u00e9\u201d mencionaban los clientes, pero no \u201cpor qu\u00e9\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estas limitaciones nos imped\u00edan extraer insights realmente accionables para tomar decisiones informadas.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #bf2025;\"><strong>Q3: \u00bfPodr\u00edas compartir un caso concreto en el que Insight Narrator haya resuelto un desaf\u00edo anal\u00edtico? \u00bfQu\u00e9 insights revel\u00f3 que antes pasaban desapercibidos?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Helen:<\/strong> Un hallazgo clave surgi\u00f3 al combinar el feedback de las encuestas NPS con las quejas de clientes. Analizando ambos conjuntos de datos juntos, pudimos reevaluar prioridades y detectar \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas que no eran evidentes solo con los detractores del NPS.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, identificamos aspectos que, aunque no figuraban entre las principales preocupaciones del NPS, se volv\u00edan cr\u00edticos cuando se analizaban junto con las quejas. Esto nos permiti\u00f3 enfocar los recursos en lo que realmente impacta la experiencia del cliente.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #bf2025;\"><strong>Q4: Desde la integraci\u00f3n de Insight Narrator, \u00bfqu\u00e9 cambios hab\u00e9is notado en t\u00e9rminos de eficiencia operativa y tiempos de respuesta? \u00bfC\u00f3mo compart\u00eds estos insights entre equipos y qu\u00e9 impacto han tenido en las decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas y la experiencia del cliente?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Helen:<\/strong> A\u00fan no tenemos m\u00e9tricas concretas, pero mi principal objetivo con <strong>Insight Narrator<\/strong> es ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del an\u00e1lisis superficial.
