The report draws on 562 verified reviews from enterprise users evaluated across 17 VoC platforms on product quality, vendor capabilities, likeliness to recommend, and net emotional footprint.<\/span><\/p>\n

SANDSIV achieved a composite score of 8.8\/10<\/strong> and a Net Emotional Footprint of +99<\/strong> \u2014 the only platform in the report with zero negative sentiment. Likeliness to Recommend stands at 91%.<\/p>\n

In individual rankings, sandsiv+ placed first in nine dimensions: Business Value Created (85%), Vendor Support (92%), Product Strategy and Rate of Improvement (91%), Text Analytics (93%), Multi-Channel Data Collection (89%), Alerts (89%), API Framework (88%), Breadth of Features (86%), and Ease of Administration (87%).
